Lytham Methodist Church, which has a reputation for being warm and welcoming, was opened in 1868 and is a Grade 2 Listed building. The Church has been a centre of praise and worship in Lytham and has been an intregal part of local life.

The interior of the church contains a number of features of interest. The windows are of a quality unusual in a Methodist Church, including, in one corner, a “modern” window by Brian Clarke, who has since become distinguished in the field.

The traditional pipe organ is acknowledged as one of the finest in the area, attracting many people to attend organ concerts held in the church. The audio system in church supports a loop system and there is also a screen used to replay the hymns etc.
